Your Role

The candidate's responsibilities include:

  • Making lists for canteen tours and supporting dormitory check-ins
  • Supporting canteen consumable storage checks
  • Assisting with team projects
  • Translating between English, German, and Chinese
  • Helping team members with work-related issues

About You

  • A student majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and/or English
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Patient, careful, and responsible
  • Problem-solving skills with strong personal initiative and motivation
  • Integrity and adherence to rules and regulations, with accountability for mistakes and the ability to speak up if something goes wrong
