Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage document archives and administration.
- Assist in internal and external recruitment processes.
- Support the hiring officer's daily operations.
- Schedule meetings and team activities.
- Maintain cooperation with vendors.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in human resources, economics, languages, or a related field.
- Preferably some experience in project management or internships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Fluency in English or German.
- A strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination skills, and team spirit.
- Integrity, adherence to rules and regulations, and accountability for mistakes.
