Join VWATJ in Tianjin as an HR PD & School Cooperation Intern, supporting training, assessments, and apprentice management.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Arrange assessment centers for internal development candidates.
- Organize personnel development-related trainings.
- Support documentation of training and assessments.
- Assist in apprentice daily management and recruitment events.
- Contribute to CEA building administration work.
- Aid in Academy activities and prepare promotional materials.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Education in human resources, law, languages, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English or German.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- A strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive approach.
- Availability for a full-time internship for 5-6 months.
