Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage the internship program at Audi China, serving as the main contact for all interns.
  • Prepare and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns.
  • Collect monthly timesheets and conduct orientation for new interns.
  • Design and organize intern career days and related activities.
  • Support employer branding campaigns and events, including Audi Day and Culture Week.
  • Assist in operating and creating content for the Audi China recruitment WeChat account.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Good time management skills and an interest in marketing topics.
