Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage the internship program at Audi China, serving as the main contact for all interns.
- Prepare and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns.
- Collect monthly timesheets and conduct orientation for new interns.
- Design and organize intern career days and related activities.
- Support employer branding campaigns and events, including Audi Day and Culture Week.
- Assist in operating and creating content for the Audi China recruitment WeChat account.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Good time management skills and an interest in marketing topics.
