Your role

What you’ll achieve:

As a Retail Account Manager, you will drive activities that increase product sales and positive customer experiences, working with stores within the region to achieve productivity goals.

You will:

  • Responsible for the business of DELL retail stores in the region, and complete sales performance and corresponding indicators
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage retail stores, organize and implement store sales training
  • Implementation and execution of store marketing by the marketing department
  • Develop new customers and new stores according to business planning needs

About you

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, open to fresh graduates of 24/25 years
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
  • Possess sales enthusiasm and confidence, those with sales internship experience are preferred
  • Ability to build good customer and partner relationships and be customer-centric
  • Those with basic IT industry and product knowledge will be given priority
