Customer Satisfaction Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

• The intern will facilitate survey request communications across functions, ensuring timely survey outputs.
• They will test survey links, refine issues, and conduct follow-ups for 5-star operations.
• The role involves mining insights from operational results and executing research through platforms.
• Responsibilities include UAT testing for the complaint system and managing cases in future systems.
• The intern will provide backup for complaint/crisis management and assist in case follow-ups.

About You

• Candidates should be available at least 4 days a week, preferably for 6 months or more.  
• A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a background in research.  
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, SPSS, or other statistical software, is essential.  
• The ideal candidate is responsible, positive, willing to communicate, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.
