Logistics Track - Global Outperformer Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Participate in a 2-year global management development program.
• Engage in international projects and functional rotations.
• Gain exposure to senior management.
• Complete a 3-month Global Logistics Project in Liechtenstein.
• Undertake 17 months of operational projects across various locations.
• Conduct a 4-month strategic project at a regional headquarters.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A master's degree in supply chain management or related fields.
• Multilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
• International experience in a professional environment for 3 months to 2 years.
• A passion for learning, maturity, assertiveness, curiosity, and dedication.
• Flexibility, strong communication, and social skills.
• International mobility and appreciation for diverse cultural experiences.
