Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support the talent partner with long-listing and interview arrangements.
- Assist the HR Operations team in blue-collar recruitment.
- Contribute to campus recruitment and global trainee program implementation, including CV longlist selection and onboarding communication.
- Aid in employee file archiving.
- Facilitate intern onboarding and separation tasks.
- Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, ensuring responsibility for personal actions and care for colleagues and the business.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent teamwork and service awareness.
- Patience, kindness, and the ability to act quickly.
- Availability to work at least four days per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Japanese is a plus.
