Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support the Business Unit (BU) in talent acquisition to meet business needs.
- Provide daily consultancy to management and employees for business and individual development.
- Collaborate with BU for succession planning to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Work with BU managers to enhance employee performance and motivation through tailored programs.
- Conduct the annual Employee & Management Dialogue Comparative Appraisal Panel (CAP) to identify top performers.
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate logistics for new employees.
- Manage ongoing document filing and HR coordination tasks.
- Support team projects like the MIR project and employee fund project coordination.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- Strong motivation to work and good English skills; German is a plus.
