What You'll Need to Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week . The internship should last for more than 3 months
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Need to adapt to the English working environment
- Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
- Adaptable, open-minded
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops including user interviews, requirement grooming, and user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems, also help to ensure smooth product delivery
- Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
- Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)
