Failure Analysis Internal - Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role  

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Collaborate with quality and supplier engineers to monitor product performance and identify issues.  
• Conduct detailed failure analysis and board-level debugging to isolate faults.  
• Utilize electrical engineering knowledge to implement corrective actions in production and design.  
• Engage in continuous improvement activities and share lessons learned from field issues. 
• Participate in design reviews to ensure product reliability and manufacturability. 
• Optimize products and processes for performance, cost, and technology.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Power Electronics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.  
• Experience in failure analysis or quality roles in consumer electronics or automotive industries.  
• Strong technical background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
• Proficiency in PCBA troubleshooting and debugging; experience with embedded systems is a plus.  
• Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for data management.  
• Skills in programming languages like Python, Minitab, or JMP are advantageous.  
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is beneficial.
