Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with quality and supplier engineers to monitor product performance and identify issues.
- Conduct detailed failure analysis and board-level debugging to isolate faults.
- Utilize electrical engineering knowledge to implement corrective actions in production and design.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities and share lessons learned from field issues.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
- Optimize products and processes for performance, cost, and technology.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Power Electronics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in failure analysis or quality roles in consumer electronics or automotive industries.
- Strong technical background with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PCBA troubleshooting and debugging; experience with embedded systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and tools for data management.
- Skills in programming languages like Python, Minitab, or JMP are advantageous.
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is beneficial.
