Join our HR Compliance & Diversity Team for a 6-month internship to gain HR knowledge and business acumen.
Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the HR Compliance & Diversity Team with regional meetings, communications, and diversity events.
- Co-organize events, meetings, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to projects managed by project managers.
- Maintain clear documentation as required.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the team.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Patience, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Receive 170 RMB/day for Bachelor students and 200 RMB/day for Master students, with housing support if eligible.
